What is included in your poop scoop service? Our poop scoop service includes the removal of all pet waste from your yard, leaving your outdoor space clean and odor-free. We will also sanitize our tools after each visit to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.

Do I need to be home for the service? No, you don't need to be home. Our team can perform the service while you're away, as long as we have access to your yard. Just let us know the best way to enter your property.

How does your pricing work? Our pricing is based on the service plan you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), the size of your yard, and the number of dogs you have. Once you sign up, the cost will be automatically calculated and charged immediately following your payment information and then recurring on the first of each month. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email receipt. This serves as your record of payment. Payments are only allowed via credit/debit cards on file. Please note that convenience fees may apply.

What happens if my payment doesn’t go through? If your payment is not successfully processed on the 1st of the month, your service will be put on hold until payment is completed. Unfortunately, there will be no credits provided for missed or canceled services during this period.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment? No, our service does not require a long-term contract. You can choose the frequency of your service and cancel or modify your plan at any time. Payments are processed automatically, and you can change or cancel your plan before the start of the next billing cycle. You can cancel or reschedule an individual service with at least 24 hours' notice. If the notice period is not met, a cancellation fee may apply. Simply contact us, and we'll assist you with any changes.

What do you do with the pet waste after it’s collected? We offer two convenient waste disposal options for our poop scoop service: Option 1: Double-bag and place in your trash can (Most Common Option): In this option, we will double-bag the pet waste and place it in your outdoor trash can for easy disposal. This option is included in the regular service price. Option 2: We take the waste with us: If you prefer that we take the waste with us for disposal, there is an added disposal fee to cover dumping ($10 per each service for residential and $55 per each service for commercial). This option is ideal for customers who do not want pet waste in their trash cans.

How much does poop scoop service cost? The cost of our service depends on the size of your yard, the frequency of visits, and the number of dogs you have. We offer competitive pricing, and you can contact us for a free estimate based on your specific needs.

How do I get started? Getting started is simple! Just fill out our online form or contact us to schedule a service. Whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, we’ll create a plan that works best for you and your furry friends.

What happens if I need to cancel my service? If you decide to cancel your service, please let us know before the start of the next billing cycle. If payment has already been processed for the month, we do not provide refunds, but we will stop services for the following month.

What if it’s raining or the weather is bad? Our team will make every effort to complete your service on the scheduled day, even in light rain. However, if weather conditions make the yard unsafe or the job impossible, we will reschedule your service at no additional charge.

When will my service take place? At this time, services are scheduled exclusively on weekends—specifically Saturdays and Sundays. This allows us to ensure consistent availability and dedicated attention to each appointment. Weekday availability may be added in the future, and we’ll keep you updated if that changes.
